 I have been photographing babies and small children for over eight years from my studio in River, Dover. The studio is a quiet, safe space for parents and children to relax in leading to natural photos that will be treasured forever.

 

I have met lots of wonderful families over the years and have been privileged to photograph mothers before they give birth, newborn babies and older children. Many parents return to build a record of their child’s development and to add in older siblings.

 

I believe photographs tie us to a particular time and place and often a significant memory is embodied within an image. Photographs become more valuable and meaningful as time passes and it is wonderful to know that the images I have captured for families give immediate satisfaction but will be stored away and treasured again in years to come...

The Studio

 

The  studio* based in River, Dover offers a comfortable, quiet environment for the perfect photography session, with heating, high-quality lighting, a range of coloured wraps and props and a comfy sofa for you to relax on. To make things even easier for you, there is off road parking too.

From the sofa you can watch your little one get wrapped and cared for as I pose and photograph them. There is always time for feeds and cuddles and I ensure I work to you and your baby.

The studio caters for:

• Maternity Sessions - including partner and/or older children

• Newborn Sessions - ideally within the first two weeks of birth but this can be extended

• Sitter Sessions - babies from 6/7months old

• One Year Portraits/Cake Smash Sessions - a perfect way to document your child's first milestone
